I have not recieved my order

I informed customer service on October 5th, that I had not received the order even though USPS said it was delivered. Natalie responded the same day and said she would look into. I did not hear anything back. I emailed again on October 12th.
Natalie apologized a said she would just reorder the items and have them shipped to me.
I still have not received my order as of today, October 19th.
